We provide paid training to set you up for success in this role! Training begins 06/02/2025 and is 68 weeks long. Schedule during training: MonFri 9:00am 5:30pm CST.
We provide Member Services Monday Friday between 8:00am to 8:00pm CST. We have 2 schedules. One shift is 8am4:30pm or 8:30am5 pm CST and the other is 11:30am8pm CST.
The Impact You Will Have
You will be responsible for consulting and supporting our Coupe Health members. Their focus is on helping members navigate their care; through understanding their benefits partnering to find the highest quality of care and ensuring that Coupe Health members are educated and equipped to make the best decision for their wellbeing. They will create and foster relationships with members providers and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that impact members. Our Health Valets will make a difference in the lives of our members by understanding their needs and supporting them providing whiteglove service and problem resolution.

Role designation definition: Teleworking is working full time remote. Hybrid is a combination of working onsite and remotely. Onsite is fulltime onsite.
Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position including skills ability and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
