About the role
As a Computer Vision Engineer you will play a pivotal role in advancing engineering development within our AI research organization. Your responsibilities will encompass algorithmic visual data processing data pipelines training infrastructure and largescale training optimization among other tasks.
As the first engineering hire for our lab this position offers an unparalleled growth opportunity and the chance to drive research scalability from an engineering perspective this unique role youll collaborate closely with our deep learning research and engineering teams to build stateoftheart models for image and video enhancement. We rapidly prototype build and deploy new products and your contributions will help us develop superior AI tools and products for our millions of users.
About you
- At least 3 years of professional working experience in a related field
- Handson experience with performance optimization e.g. with multithreading
- Handson experience with computer vision models
- Experience with MLops best practices
- Experience with datasets
- Expert knowledge of Python C/C
Preferred
- Experience with perceptron models in computer vision
- Experience with backend development
- Experience with OpenCV ffmpeg other mediaspecific libraries and frameworksExposure to model optimization for local processingInterest in photography or videography

This is a unique role for someone interested in making a deep impact at a highgrowth tech software company. We offer strong base salary plus significant ownership that scales with the companys growth. We also offer 100 covered medical/dental/vision for employees 15 days annual PTO 5 personal days plus holidays and 401k matching. This is a fulltime onsite role in Dallas TX and we will ask you to relocate if youre not in the area
