In this pivotal role youll take full ownership of a transformative Salesforce CRM projectfrom planning through to executionensuring the solution is not only delivered on time and within scope but also drives meaningful business value.

Your daytoday duties:

  • Lead the Project: Oversee the full lifecycle of Salesforce CRM implementation aligning delivery with business goals scope and timelines.
  • Drive Agile Delivery: Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily standups sprint planning and retrospectives to keep the team focused and on track.
  • Be the Key Communicator: Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the project team providing regular updates and managing expectations.
  • Manage Resources: Allocate and monitor internal and external resources to support efficient and timely task completion.
  • Mitigate Risks: Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues escalating where necessary to ensure delivery continuity.
  • Track and Report Progress: Prepare and present status reports and dashboards to keep leadership informed and engaged.
  • Coordinate Vendors: Manage vendor relationships to ensure thirdparty components are delivered to the highest standard.

About You
Youre a strategic thinker with a passion for driving transformation through technology. Youre just as comfortable leading standups as you are presenting to executives. You thrive in Agile environments and can confidently juggle multiple moving partswithout losing sight of the big picture. Your ability to bridge the gap between business and technology is second to none and youre energised by collaboration challenges and delivering value.

Essential requirements:

  • Extensive CRM Project Management experience with a proven track record of successful endtoend CRM implementations.
  • Salesforce expertise including configuration customisation and businessfocused integration.
  • Strong command of Agile project methodologies with the ability to run sprints manage iterative delivery and adapt to evolving requirements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills capable of translating technical concepts into businessfriendly language.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage contracts vendors and internal teams making timely informed decisions within a framework of accountability.
  • Strong problemsolving negotiation and planning skills with the confidence to make decisions and influence outcomes.

Local Land Service (LLS) is a regionalfocused NSW Government agency delivering quality customer services to farmers landholders and the wider community. We help people make better decisions about the land they manage and assist rural and regional communities to be profitable and sustainable into the future.
