The Merchant Hotel Pastry Chef de Partie
We are looking for talented chefs to join our team at the fivestar Merchant Hotel Belfast. When it comes to fine dining and culinary excellence we believe we are the best in the business. Therefore we are looking for the best chefs to join our awardwinning team.

Essential Criteria:
- 1 year experience in pastry and service in a busy restaurant
Desirable Criteria:
- An NVQ Level 2 in a kitchen/food related discipline or working towards it
