What You Bring to the Table
Proven Expertise 5 years in structural design with experience in bridge or prefabricated structures preferred.
Leadership Experience 2 years managing projects
Technical Mastery Strong knowledge of Tekla Structural Designer (or other Finite Element Analysis Programs) structural materials and fabrication methods.
ProblemSolving Mindset A selfstarter who thrives in dynamic environments takes ownership and seeks innovative solutions.
