The National Sales Manager will be responsible for the sales leasing and bookings for Greystars student accommodation portfolio in Australia developing sales strategy to maximise student uptake including strategy for international student market.JOB DESCRIPTION
About the role:
With rapid growth in the Australian market and the recent acquisition of 7 student living apartment communities we have a newly created opportunity for a National Sales Manager to drive our student accommodation portfolio. This role will focus on building the sales and leasing team developing and implementing targeted sales strategies for the student accommodation market including developing strategies to target the international student market to ensure occupancy targets are met.
As we expand in Australia this position has a startupstyle nature backed by the resources and support of a globally recognised brand and presence. The National Sales Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies operational frameworks and business processes from the ground up.
