Job Description
Accomplished educationist and strategic leader with experience in managing and leading K 12 Schools; Well versed with standard operating procedures and processes as per the norms
Must have both CBSE Plus IGCSE curriculum experience
- At least 1020years of teaching experience preferably in a reputed CBSE schoolof which at least 45 years as a principal/HOD
- A PGT Teacher for the Senior wing is preferred
- Experience in the IGCSE andCBSE affiliation process and procedure will be an added advantage
- Flair knowledge about designing and developing international curriculum to meet the needs of the school program as per the CBSE and IG
- Experience in heading the School clubs like Science club English club Information Technology club etc. is necessary
- Responsible for teacher supervision guidance and development to ensure proper adaptation and adjustment of staff to the environment
- Will play a key role in the school improvement planning process
- Development of curriculum teacher training and understanding of institutional developments from inception to management administration affiliation academics and public relations.
- Must have through knowledge of academic standards and teaching methodologies
- Education policy formulation and change management

- Patience confidence innovative thinking and sound decision making. In additionmust have strong interpersonal skills and be effective communicators.
