RPO Recruitments client is looking for an Administration Assistant & Customer Liaison to join their team in Richards Bay KwaZuluNatal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing administrative tasks ensuring operational efficiency and maintaining effective communication with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise weighbridge and operational staff in the absence of a site supervisor.
- Manage stock accountability and send reports to customers.
- Oversee office management including ordering office essentials.
- Ensure weighbridge staffing cleanliness and accurate FEL readings.
- Address technical and staffrelated issues.
- Perform adhoc duties as assigned by management.
- Conduct site visits to ensure smooth operations and address technical issues.
- Supervise train loading operations and ensure proper fuel levels for FELs.
- Verify and correct weighbridge data records.
- Maintain communication with customers and send necessary documentation.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Administration.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant programs.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Customer service expertise.
