Job Description

The role of a National Sales Manager is a key leadership position within RX Destroyer responsible for driving business growth on a national scale while working with pharmaceutical companies local state and federal agencies. The specific duties and responsibilities may vary depending on the industry and company. The National Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving the companys growth and expanding its market presence on a national level.

Strategic Planning

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive national business development strategy aligned with the overall goals and objectives of RX Destroyer.
    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
    • Analyze competitors and market conditions to stay ahead of industry changes.
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients partners and industry influencers.
    • Represent the company at industry events conferences and networking functions.

Sales and Revenue Generation

    • Set and achieve sales targets for the national market.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders.
    • Negotiate and close highvalue deals.

Collaboration

    • Work closely with other departments such as marketing finance and operations to ensure a coordinated and integrated approach to business development.
    • Collaborate with regional or international teams to share best practices and leverage synergies.

Reporting an Analysis

    • Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into the national business development activities.
    • Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and adjustments to the strategy.

Qualifications

    • Proven track record of success in a business development role
    • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
    • Strategic thinking and planning abilities.
    • Resultsoriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
    • Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
    • Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field; a masters degree may be preferred.
