Job Description
About the Role:
Are you a seasoned construction cost estimator with a passion for precision and a drive to make a real impact This is your opportunity to work with one of the worlds largest and most innovative data center providers! As a Cost Estimator within our Global Implementation Services team you will be at the forefront of cost management helping deliver critical data center white space fitout projects across the EMEA Digital Realty portfolio. Youll collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Sales Engineering Design & Construction Data Center Operations Sales and Finance to ensure cost accuracy and value engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cost estimating efforts and provide actionable recommendations to optimize value for data center white space installations.
- Develop and maintain cost estimates and budgets for data center installations across the DACH region (Germany Austria Switzerland).
- Ensure cost quality assurance for customer white space installs within the DLR portfolio.
- Build and manage a comprehensive cost database specific to the DACH countries.

Your Profile:
- Experience in similar role in construction general contracting or electrical contracting (preferably).
- Advanced skills in reading and interpreting construction plans oneline drawings and specifications.
- Highly proficient in Excel and experienced with MS Project Word and Access.
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadlinedriven environment.
- Fluent in both German and English.
