GoaMiles www.goamiles) has gained recognition for its affordable and convenient services

especially among tourists. To strengthen our market presence and expand operations we are

looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our team.

Locations: Mumbai/Pune (West) Gurgaon (NCR Region) Gujarat (Baroda Ahmedabad)

Hyderabad (Southern States) Reporting to the Sales Manager in Goa.

Key Responsibilities:

1. B2B Sales & Partnerships: Identify onboard and manage key business partners in

your region.

2. Lead Generation & Deal Closure: Identify potential clients generate leads and

close sales.

3. Client Relationship Management: Maintain longterm relationships with partners

ensuring satisfaction and retention.

4. Sales Targets & Strategy: Achieve daily and monthly sales goals through effective

strategic planning.

5. Market Expansion: Promote GoaMiles services to tourism businesses travel

agencies and corporate clients.

6. Field Sales: Travel extensively (approx. 25 days per month) for business

development activities.

What We Are Looking For:

1. Experience: Minimum 3 years in B2B sales preferably in the tourism travel or

transportation industry.

2. Education: Bachelors degree (MBA preferred).

3. Communication Skills: Strong negotiation persuasion and relationshipbuilding abilities.

4. Proficiency in Hindi English and local language is a plus.

5. TechSavvy: Comfortable explaining and promoting appbased solutions to clients.

6. Highly SelfMotivated: A resultsdriven mindset with the ability to exceed targets.

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar sales role.
  • Strong knowledge of the transport or mobility sector is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation skills and persuasive capabilities.
