Our aim is to standardize operations globally by delivering tools policy processes and procedures to our internal teams. The Availability team is seeking a Full stack software engineer to design develop and implement software solutions for our Condition based maintenance Asset management Field engineering failure handling and Global Environmental Information Management Systems (EIMS).

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design planning delivery and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words were the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers storage networking power and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. We work on the most challenging problems with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain and were looking for talented people who want to help.

Youll join a diverse team of software hardware and network engineers supply chain specialists security experts operations managers and other vital roles. Youll collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. Key job responsibilities
As a Full Stack software engineer you will:
Design full stack software solutions to enable new features or improve software.
* Work with business stakeholders to identify customer needs and convert them in to goals.
* Suggest and implement best practices for coding design and operational excellence.
* Mentor engineers and develop them

4 years of noninternship professional software development experience
4 years of noninternship design or architecture (design patterns reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
4 years of noninternship professional experience in object oriented programming in Java or Python

Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $129300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
