About the Business Operations Team
One part internal consulting one part analytics the GetScales Business Operations team works cross functionally with the sales & systems teams to identify and capitalize on the companys highest priority opportunities. While the opportunities vary the data driven approach the team utilizes while taking projects from concept to implementation remains consistent.
About the Business Operations Manager Role
Business Operations Managers are constantly searching for opportunities to optimize by backingup their insights and strategy with a combination of data and intuition. Success is not measured by how well you can manipulate data but rather by how big your business impact is using the data. As a Business Operations Manager you will identify opportunities continually iterate by way of experimentation lead the longterm (evergreen) implementation and define desired post launch monitoring mechanisms.
The Business Operations Manager Will
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define strategize and implement diverse projects with a primary emphasis on A/B Testing to validate outcomes
- Drawup comprehensive strategies for the present while also preparing for scalability in the future
- Utilize SQL to extract and model data in our warehouse while employing supplementary tools like Tableau and Excel/Sheets to uncover valuable insights and trends
- Model and transform complex data sets with tools like DBT
- Lead problemsolving within a dynamic and fastpaced environment
- Share project and analysis results with senior management ensuring a clear and concise presentation of findings and actively participate in indepth discussions to shape the direction of next steps and actions
- Continuously seek out opportunities for optimizing both the team and the product fostering a culture of perpetual improvement and growth
About You
- 2 years experience using SQL Excel DBT Tableau and/or Looker
- The ability to learn quickly and deeply about complex challenges and the ability to think critically and creatively to develop solutions
- Executivelevel written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional data analysis and project management skills including structuring complex problems scoping projects and managing timelines
- Ability to navigate ambiguity curveballs and rapid change to drive real results

What Well Deliver to You
- The anticipated base salary range for this role is $100000 $110000. The salary offer will be based on a variety of factors including experience qualifications internal equity and location.
