The AHP team at Pulse is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team and support the social emotional behavioral and educational development of children aged 514 years.
Your main responsibilities as a Speech and Language Therapist:
Plan resource and prepare effective and engaging therapy programmers for children. Lead and deliver wholestaff therapeutic training. Adopt a capacitybuilding approach to equip staff with the skills to effectively facilitate the development of pupils communication skills. Assist in determining the communicative function of behaviors and develop goals to reduce challenging behavior by providing pupils with more effective means of communication. Establish functional goals that promote meaningful participation and increased independence. Develop facilitate and monitor the implementation of wholeclass intervention programs. Complete termly therapy reports on childrens progress in individual and group therapy sessions.
