Summary:
We are currently looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. This position reports to the Senior Manager Revenue FP&A.
This role is available to candidates across Canada and the US excluding Quebec.

We are looking for an experienced and resultsdriven Senior Financial Analyst who takes numbers seriously thrives in a rapidgrowth highvelocity environment and someone who lives and breathes our values.
As a Senior Financial Analyst you will play a pivotal role in driving insights and supporting strategic decisionmaking through indepth analyses revenue forecasting adhoc financial modeling and strong stakeholder partnerships. This position requires a deep understanding of SaaS business models strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
What youll work on:
Gather data from various sources to prepare monthly quarterly and annual forecasts and provide key analytics analyses and summaries as required.
Develop and maintain comprehensive revenue forecasting models in collaboration with revenuegenerating teams focusing on SaaS business models.
Deeply analyze data and work closely with business partners to identify opportunities for revenue optimization and growth.
Provide insights and decisionmaking support for business partners and the leadership team. Examples of analyses: ROI Unit economics scenario analysis Lifetime value and customer acquisition cost and Sales efficiency trends.
Develop and update financial models with actuals conduct variance analysis find and communicate insights and forecast future performance.
Monitor and develop KPIs identify trends and proactively work with operational leaders on opportunities to grow the business.
Collaborate crossfunctionally on strategic initiatives. Examples: financial modelling and presentations of findings and strategic insights to stakeholders including the executive leadership team.
Ensure we have strong data cleanliness and source of truth reporting.
Work closely with Accounting to ensure all financial information is accurate.
What you bring:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field (finance accounting)
CPA or CFA designation is preferred
Have 3 years of Financial Planning or Business Analyst experience
Proven experience in Investment Banking Financial Consulting or finance within a highgrowth or SaaSdriven environment with a strong track record in financial modeling forecasting and strategic analysis
Strong understanding of SaaS business metrics and key performance indicators is a big asset
Be passionate about effective and intuitive data visualization
Be deeply datadriven analytical and curious
Be selfmotivated independent and deadlineoriented
Be passionate about building datadriven organizations and having an impact on the business
Clear concise articulate professional verbal and written reasoning and storytelling skills to communicate effectively to audiences at all levels of the organization

*We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate. Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.
