Job Description
Pro iDeal Jobs is looking Senior Backend Developer for our client a software house founded in 2016 with offices in Mnchen and ClujNapoca. Throughout the years they have built scalable infrastructures and products that transform outdated technologies and processes.

As part of your daily business you will:
- Maintain and operate existing services and develop new services;
- Create APIs that are used by our partners;
- Carry out code reviews and actively contribute your expertise to our teams;
- Work on the product together with developers from the areas of mobile backend and the product owner;
- Support other teams with your engineering knowhow (eg. AI);
- Ensure the stable and highperformance operation of services used by millions of people;
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute new ideas and excellent code.
You shall bring:
- More than 5 years of experience in the development implementation and operation of backend systems;
- Excellent knowledge of Java and the JVM as well as Spring Boot;
- Experience with SQL databases Cassandra and Elasticsearch experience is a big plus;
- Familiarity with operational tasks and a great desire to work with Docker and Kubernetes every day;
- Experience building and connecting microservices using REST APIs and/or message queuing protocols eg. AMQP;
- Great communication skills in English German is an advantage.
