Shift Lead
Rocket Carwash is expanding at a meteoric rate across the country and were looking to add to our management team! As a Shift Lead at Rocket Carwash youll have the opportunity to show us your potential and learn new personal and professional skills for career advancement that cant be matched. A Day In The Life:
- Utilizes highly energetic and proactive measures to lead fellow team members in daily tasks duties and problemsolving solutions to achieve goals
- Be a Rocket Carwash expert; consistently serving as a role model to teammates by achieving goals and maintaining our customers as the primary focus.
- In collaboration with leadership work alongside the team to provide daily guidance motivation and training to guarantee a worldclass carwash experience.
- Represent the brand with the utmost integrity
- Establish supportive and productive relationships with team members
- Maintain awareness and compliance with all safety regulations and policies
- Seeks out feedback and proactively engages in opportunities for career development
- Relay customer inquiries and issues to management while assisting in quick and timely resolutions
- Lead all aspects of the carwash whenplaced as the primary manager on duty
- Supervise and execute opening and closing procedures
- Oversee cash and security management
- Regularly review and provide feedback on processes and procedures
- Adhere to the Rocket dress code and attendance policy
- May be asked to perform basic to intermediate level maintenance tasks
- Perform all other duties requested by your direct report
Qualifications:
- Displays high energy in all tasks and duties performed with a willingness to exceed customer service expectations with all interactions with customers
- Be dependable with strong leadership and communication skills
- Can problemsolve situations and provide sound resolution
- Be peopleoriented and enjoy interacting with team members and working on group projects
- Provides prompt feedback when noticing something that needs to be fixed
- Enjoys taking on challenges
- Be adaptable and flexible. This role can experience frequent shifts in direction
- Is a natural leader who fosters teamwork and maintains a safe but fun team environment
- Is detailoriented and able to focus on small details while understanding the bigger picture
- **Indepth training will be provided to effectively fulfill all responsibilities for this position**
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Demonstrates attention to detail
- Ability to analyze written and verbal instructions
- Ability to write present and respond to customers and staff members in a professional manner
- Ability to manage train and support other car wash personnel
- Conveys positivity and leads by example
Compensation
- This position is FullTime starting at $17.00 per hour based on experience with UNCAPPED commission opportunities!
