Job Description
Hiring Automotive Technicians $70000 $100000 a year
Capitol City Ford Greenfield is immediately looking for a service technician willing to learn from several master tech mentors.

- Technicians perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders on vehicles with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and/or Ford standards
- Automotive technicians diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems to specification
- Mechanics provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs
- Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a nontechnical manner to service advisors and customers
- Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing technology.
- Inspect and test new vehicles and recording findings so that necessary repairs can be made.

The right candidate must
- Have own set of tools
- Be dependable with a reliable source of transportation
- Strong motivation to learn & succeed in the business
- Be able to provide customer satisfaction performing inspections repairs and maintenance services according to Fords standards
- Have a valid drivers license and clean driving record
