- Fluency in French (C1 level) and proficiency in English;
- 12 years of experience in customer service or a similar role;
- Strong team player with a customerfocused approach;
- Excellent problemsolving skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Benefits Advisor responsibilities:
Tyre benefits administration for the Michelin employee and retiree:
- Administratively solve tire fitting requests for eligible staff cars (first fitting replacement due to wear and tear or replacement of previously fitted vehicle) ensuring that the correct size is chosen in compliance with safety rules and local legislation in force.
- Administratively deal with requests to equip company vehicles.
- Answer telephone calls received from beneficiaries and occasionally from Euromaster centers.
- Initiate telephone calls to pensioners and active employees to inform them of the delivery date of the tires ordered or to facilitate the processing of their requests.
- Initiate telephone calls (occasionally) to Euromaster centers to check the delivery of certain orders
- Register tire orders in the order registration system.
- Confirm the treatment of beneficiarys requests by mail or courier and sends the necessary tire fitment visit forms to the beneficiaries and Euromaster centers.
- Enter technical data (approvals and fitment confirmations) and personal data into the management system whenever necessary to ensure the accuracy of the history of each file handled.
- Handle specific requests following the destruction of the vehicle equipped with tires.
- Process invoice reimbursement claims following damage to tires on a vehicle already registered in the system.
- Close the files of inactive employees and forwards the information to the payroll team.
- Archive the documentation according to the archiving procedure.
- Take cognizance of employee complaints and resolves them to the extent possible or refer to Sr. Benefits Advisor if the complaint is complex.
- Analyze technical complaints received from beneficiaries (defective tires) and take the necessary steps to exempt beneficiaries from the annual contribution.
Activity monitoring:
- Report to the senior or operational leader specific process issues in the perimeter.
Confidentiality:
- Respect the confidentiality of employees personal data and the decisions of the parties involved.
Team work and organization:
- Propose solutions to improve and simplify administrative processes.
- Provide backup and punctual support in team activities related to the responsibilities of the position.
- At the hierarchical superiors request also perform other tasks which are directly related to the main responsibilities detailed above.
