Job Description

Ledcor is hiring a PreEmployment Representative for a contract position based in Edmonton. In this position you will be responsible for processing hires into various systems for assigned portfolios and ensuring preemployment requirements are completed.

This position plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting data transactions across our data platforms through attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for processing union and nonunion hire requests submitted through Workday across different businesses within Ledcor by following established process and practices
  • Contacts new hires to assist them through Workday tasks and preemployment/preaccess requirements
  • Work with 3rd party vendors to arrange services for drug and alcohol testing background checks and scheduling safety training
  • Collection and review of documentation such as Drivers License Motor Vehicle Records Proof of Residency

Requirements:

  • 1 years of experience in a highvolume data driven environment
  • Excellent customer service and service compliant resolution skills
  • Strong communication and listening skills to deliver messages in a clear and compelling manner
  • Excellent attention to detail with a high level of precision of data and accuracy in any deliverables
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high demand team oriented and fastpaced environment
  • Flexible with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the organization
  • Strong sense of urgency as part of daily work style
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

Working Conditions:

  • Remote work from home with 12 days per week in the office
  • Working hours are either: 9:00am6:00pm or 10:00am7:00pm MST
