Job Description
A Senior Technical Program Manager (Sr. TPM) at International Seller Services(ISS) org drives complex crossfunctional technical initiatives from conception to delivery. They collaborate with engineering product and business teams to define project scope set milestones and manage . Sr. TPMs identify risks resolve bottlenecks and ensure highquality scalable solutions align with business goals. They leverage deep technical expertise to influence architecture drive operational excellence and optimize processes. Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management are essential for success in this role
Key job responsibilities
Lead complex multiteam technical programs and largescale initiatives
Drive endtoend program management including planning and delivery
Manage dependencies across teams organizations and stakeholders
Create and maintain program roadmaps timelines and resource planning
Identify and mitigate risks remove obstacles and drive technical decisionmaking
5 years of technical product or program management experience
7 years of working directly with engineering teams experience
3 years of software development experience
5 years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules
5 years of project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management experience
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multimillion dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
