Overview

Fast Enterprises is a provider of essential software and services for citizens and government. In 1998 we changed the way government revenue agencies support their business with the introduction of GenTax. We have expanded beyond Tax and now also perform implementations for Motor Vehicle Driver License Unemployment Insurance and Child Support Engagement agencies.

This position will join the Recruiting Team at our headquarters in Centennial CO for Summer 2025 to work fully inoffice. The candidate will then work remotely from Atlanta GA.

Responsibilities

As an entrylevel Recruiter youll be the face of Fast Enterprises connecting top talent with opportunities that can make a real impact. Youll be traveling across the U.S. visiting college campuses and building lasting relationships with faculty staff and students. From the first handshake to the final interview youll be at the forefront of our talent acquisition process ensuring that the best and brightest join our ranks.

  • Campus Ambassador: Travel to college campuses nationwide to represent Fast Enterprises and scout for emerging talent. As a selfstarter youll jump into new environments with confidence making smart decisions on the fly to identify top candidates who align with our values.

  • Candidate Champion: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to final interview ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all candidates. Your strong work ethic and ability to handle challenges will be key as you navigate the fastpaced world of recruitment.

  • Relationship Builder: Develop and maintain strong connections with candidates faculty and university staff to create a robust talent pipeline. Youll need to think strategically and act swiftly building lasting relationships that are essential to our success.

  • Recruiting Innovator: Collaborate with the team to develop and execute recruiting strategies that attract top talent across various disciplines. Your proactive approach and willingness to take initiative will help you innovate and excel in this role.

  • Efficient Multitasker: Handle multiple recruitingrelated tasks such as preparing for career fairs conducting phone interviews and following up with candidates. Your ability to manage these tasks efficiently while making wise decisions in a dynamic environment will set you apart.

  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various platforms like job boards social media and networking events to identify and engage potential candidates. Your ability to think outside the box and leverage different sourcing tools will be crucial in finding the best talent.

  • Data Management: Maintain and update iCIMS our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate records of candidate interactions and progress. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help keep our recruitment process smooth and efficient.

  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with recruiting best practices. Your willingness to learn and adapt will help you grow in your role and contribute to the teams overall success.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and other team members to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly. Your ability to communicate and collaborate effectively will ensure were all working towards the same goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree: Youve earned your degree in Human Resources Business Liberal Arts or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0. We welcome candidates from various disciplines as long as youre passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition.

  • Travel Enthusiast: Youre excited about the prospect of traveling across the U.S. on a weekly basis visiting different college campuses and connecting with future industry leaders.

  • Strong Communicator: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills allowing you to engage with candidates faculty and team members effectively. Whether its a presentation in front of a classroom or a oneonone interview you know how to make a lasting impression.

  • Relationship Builder: Youre naturally good at connecting with others and building strong professional relationships. You understand the importance of creating a positive candidate experience and are committed to maintaining connections long after the first meeting.
