Job Title: Clubhouse Manager Reports to: Baseball Operations
Job Overview: The Clubhouse Manager is responsible for the overall management and upkeep of both the home and visitor clubhouses. This is a fulltime seasonal job that runs from April through midSeptember. The Clubhouse Manager is required to work on all 48 home games plus preseason and any post season games.
Essential Duties: Laundering of home and visitor uniforms personals towels etc. Issuing team uniforms and equipment including keeping an inventory of all items Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of both clubhouses and umpires room Assist in the coordination of team and umpire meals Assist with field maintenance
Additional Responsibilities: Maintain a professional and respectful relationship with all Slammers Front Office staff members visiting teams and umpires
Qualifications/Skills Needed: Previous experience a plus Ability to work long/odd hours Ability to lift 50lbs Positive attitude a MUST
Hours: Odd hours which will vary by homestand and work load
