*Parttime position available! * Parttime is a commitment of 24 hours/week 2 12hour shifts). At this time we do not offer per diem for this role. Currently we have openings for our Day shift 7am 7:30pm) & Night shift 7pm 7:30am). Part time openings available.

The pay rate for this role starts at $20.60/hour and is based on experience.

Job Description:

The Clinical Patient Safety Attendant (CPSA) is responsible for specific aspects of direct patient care and monitoring focused of safety under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse.
The CPSA commits to providing and maintaining a safe and caring environment for our patients their families and our colleagues while promoting physical emotional psychological and cognitive wellbeing. The CPSA fulfills this purpose by:
  • Upholding a professional and compassionate demeanor
  • Providing individualized evidencebased therapeutic interventions to address specific safety needs
  • Being an active member of and contributor to the interdisciplinary team
  • Utilizing safe timely effective equitable efficient and patientcentered communication

EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of AS degree in health care mental health or human services related field preferred.

EXPERIENCE:
Previous health care experience preferred
ProACT crisis intervention training preferred
