Role: Senior Business Development Manager
Location:Amsterdam Netherlands
Language: Dutch English
WFH policy: Monday and Tuesday in office
Industry: SaaS Marketplace
Product: Digital marketplace for flexible work
Size and functions of local team: Business Development team with outbound sales focus

Role description:

  • Fullcycle AE role focused on closing new logos
  • Works across 3 Tiers (Tier 1: high ACV long cycles up to 6 months; Tier 3: low ACV short cycles of 23 weeks)
  • 100 outbound role no inbound leads
  • Target based on client worked hours
  • Covers Hospitality Logistics and Retail verticals

  • Strong adaptability to different deal cycles and ACVs
  • Ability to thrive in a noncorporate scaleup environment
  • Experience with a sales methodology (e.g. MEDDIC SPIN Challenger)


Nice to haves:

  • Experience in Hospitality Logistics or Retail
  • Experience in SaaS or Marketplace sales.

Salary range & secondary benefits:
  • Base salary: up to 77K
  • OTE: up to 106K (including 37.5 bonus)
