About the Role
As a Software Development Engineer 1 (SDE1 you will be contributing to the development of Mihups web applications delivering scalable highquality and performant user interfaces. You will work in an agile fastpaced environment collaborating with product managers designers and backend engineers to deliver impactful features that directly enhance the product experience.
This role gives you the opportunity to own smaller modules actively contribute to larger features and work with experienced engineers who will mentor and guide you as you grow your technical and problemsolving skills.
Key Problem Areas
Building clean modular UI components using modern frameworks.
Ensuring fast responsive user interfaces that perform well across devices.
Working closely with backend product and design teams to align on requirements and technical decisions.
Contributing to and learning from code reviews with a focus on writing maintainable and welldocumented code.
Building UIs that can adapt to evolving product requirements and user needs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and test endtoend UI features keeping reusability and performance in mind.
Work closely with product design backend and QA teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
Contribute to code reviews learning best practices from peers while ensuring quality in your own contributions.
Identify opportunities for optimizing existing code contributing to overall system efficiency.
Collaborate in design discussions bringing a frontend perspective to architectural decisions.
Continuously learn and adopt new technologies to enhance your skills and improve team productivity.
Expectations
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field.
12 years of experience in enterprise UI development (including internships or significant projects).
Handson experience with React Redux Typescript HTML and CSS.
Basic understanding of browser internals performance optimization and debugging tools.
Exposure to tools like Webpack or Parcel.
Solid understanding of data structures algorithms and general programming concepts.
Ability to work effectively within a crossfunctional team communicate ideas clearly and ask for help when needed.
Eagerness to learn new technologies seek feedback and continuously improve your technical and problemsolving skills.
Passionate about delivering exceptional user experiences through welldesigned and performant interfaces.
