JMI Reports is expanding and were seeking two experienced Field Managers to lead our team of Field Reporting Specialists. If you have strong leadership skills and a passion for property reporting wed like to meet you!
Position Overview:
As a Field Manager you will oversee the activities of our Field Reporting Specialists ensuring highquality reports and efficient operations. Your role will involve training mentoring and managing a team to meet company standards and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the activities of Field Reporting Specialists.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of property reports.
Provide training and support to field staff.
Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.
Serve as a liaison between field staff and senior management.
Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
Experience Required: Minimum of 35 years in a supervisory role preferably in property reporting or a related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in report writing and data analysis.
Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed.
Basic understanding of construction is a plus.
