We are seeking a curious resilient and datadriven Head of GotoMarket Recruiting to play a critical role in scaling our revenuedriving teams by attracting engaging and hiring top talent for our sales marketing and revenuegenerating functions across Stripe. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of the gotomarket landscape globally to drive our recruiting initiatives and run a worldclass team that supports our ambitious growth.
What youll do
As Head of GoToMarket Recruiting at Stripe youll partner with crossfunctional teams to understand hiring needs make datadriven decisions track performance metrics for improvement streamline recruitment processes enhance Stripes market presence and build strong relationships with external partners to access top talent. By staying updated on industry trends youll leverage talent insights to enhance recruitment efforts and give Stripe a competitive edge. You will bring a macro optimistic perspective to diagnosing issues and driving innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive gotomarket recruiting strategy that aligns with Stripes ambitious business goals delivering a strong pipeline of highquality candidates across all GTM functions.
- Lead mentor and develop a highperforming recruiting team fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture that emphasizes innovation engagement and accountability.
- Oversee the sourcing recruitment and selection processes. Utilize datadriven approaches to identify and attract top talent ensuring diverse candidate slates and interviews for all positions.
- Collaborate closely with the executive team and business leaders to understand hiring needs define success profiles and create tailored recruitment plans. Provide strategic guidance and insights to enhance the effectiveness of the hiring process.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and make datainformed decisions. Prepare regular reports for leadership on recruitment metrics trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Serve as a strategic talent advisor across Stripe and have an anticipatory lens for upcoming initiatives that match the ambition of an expanding organization.
- Build and drive crossfunctional partnerships with Compensation HR Finance Strategy and Operations and others.
- Partner with other recruiting leaders across Stripe and be deeply engaged as a member of the Global Recruiting Leadership team.

Minimum requirements
- 15 years of experience in recruiting with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on gotomarket recruiting. Experience in technology or highgrowth environments is highly desirable.
- Proven record of developing and executing successful recruitment strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational growth.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of recruiters fostering a culture of collaboration motivation and high performance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and metrics to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- You have a proven track record of partnering with and influencing senior leaders through insights and data.
- An exothermic leader with strong ability to connect and effectively communicate set context and clarity with people of all levels; exceptional written verbal and presentation skills.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience scaling revenue team hiring in a SAAS environment.
- You work across multiple teams set and communicate a direction for the org on a longterm timeframe actively driving and managing change through all levels of the company.
- You act as an industry leader productively and collaboratively pushing against the status quo in a way that advances Stripes mission. You also effectively advocate for the orgs mission values and impact.
- You break down complex problems using research and data to identify root causes and identify levers for problem solving.
- You collaborate and get other teams on board to collectively problem solve for the good of recruiting overall and potentially other parts of Stripe.
- You elevate ambitions and set an example of the standard of your teams work and push others towards greater achievement.
- You build and nurture strong strategic partnerships with senior leaders and crossfunctional leaders across the orgs your teams support.
