The Global Paid Media Analytics Director role will lead the charge on building the bestinclass media analytics team that supports Bose medias twin goals of maximizing incremental revenue and improving brand health through effective use of data and AI. This is a global role responsible for providing analytical guidance to make every media dollar go the extra mile in every market. He/ she will lead a team of analysts and manage our media agency partners to provide insights based on measurement testing and analysis. The role will also set the strategy and direction of Media Analytics at Bose. He/ She will report to the VP of Analytics & Insights at Bose.
The role requires deep understanding and expertise of media performance and its impact on revenue and brand health. Solid grasp of testing and measurement on various media platforms (in the US and international) experience with marketing attribution through MTA and MMM and deep knowledge of full funnel brand metrics measurement is required. Experience working with data science to build custom media models and ability to direct external agency teams to deliver key reporting and insights are critical skills. Successful candidate must be able to communicate insights effectively to the Executive and Leadership levels of the corporation and to collaborate with key stakeholders on ongoing projects and scoping of new work. Experience leading a global analytics team and experience managing media analytics in international markets (especially Europe and China) is necessary.
