6 Month W2 Contract
San Jose CA (hybrid)
Heres how youll become a key player with this opportunity:
Solutions Consultants within Adobes Office of the General Counsel (OGC) wear many hats primarily using their Product Management / Project Management skills and playing a pivotal role in driving innovation and business velocity for Legal and Government Relations. You will collaborate with teams across Adobes San Jose (CA) Lehi (UT) and Seattle (WA) locations and be a key member of the Solutions Consulting team. Your primary responsibility will be to spearhead innovation and revolutionize legal and review processes for product development.
Heres how youll make an impact on the team:
- Lead the endtoend launch of products ensuring they meet the highest standards of excellence.
- Partner with business and technical teams and internal customers to codevelop a strategic roadmap and drive products from concept to launch in a dynamic environment.
- Align stakeholders and work with crossfunctional teams to turn insights into actionable products that deliver exceptional outcomes.
- Operate in an agile environment continuously refining business needs priorities milestones and deliverables while identifying opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and customers across the organization to shape the product vision strategy features and prioritization.
- Contribute to and execute a strategic product roadmap translating features into welldefined product requirements.
- Prioritize and maintain the product backlog ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Define and execute comprehensive launch plans ensuring alignment and success.
- Develop and maintain tracking and reporting mechanisms to evaluate product performance postlaunch and inform future investments.
- Associates Degree (Community College MBO)
- 3 years of experience in Product Management with additional experience in Program or Project Management
- High proficiency in iterative product development
- Strong balance of technical knowledge and business insight
- A proactive customerfirst approach to product management
- Exceptional project management and business analysis skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills capable of engaging influencing and inspiring partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
- Demonstrated success in delivering datadriven solutions with a customerfirst mindset
- Established background in launching software or services in collaboration with technical teams and diverse stakeholders
- High proficiency in iterative product development and a deep understanding of Agile principles complemented by an agile mindset and behaviors
- Experience in a legal environment is a plus but not required
Pay Range:
$80.00 $90.00/hour
