DescriptionCapula Investment Management is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Associate to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 23 years of experience in a search firm bank hedge fund or asset management firm.
The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Associate you will play a critical role in identifying engaging and assessing toptier talent for our firm. Your primary focus will be managing the hiring process for our internship programme as well as supporting broader talent acquisition initiatives across nontrading functions such as technology operations product control and finance.
Key Responsibilities
Internship Programme Hiring:
- Manage and screen incoming applications for our trading and research internship programme.
- Conduct CV reviews and initial assessments to identify strong candidates.
- Own candidate management ensuring a highquality experience from application to offer.
- Conduct firstround interviews with prospective trading and research interns.
Research & Headhunting:
- Proactively map the market to identify highcalibre talent within nontrading functions.
- Develop sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines across technology operations product control and finance.
- Utilise a mix of direct sourcing networking and headhunting to engage passive candidates.
Process & Coordination:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and refine recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate progress and recruitment data.
- Ensure an efficient and wellorganized interview process.
Requirements - Experience: 23 years in a search firm investment bank hedge fund or asset manager with exposure to research interview coordination and candidate management.
