Job Description
Find your purpose helping athletes and patients heal at the CentraCare Orthopedic Clinic located at the Plaza.
The Certified Athletic Trainer willwork directly with patients and providers assist with clinic procedures such as injections and reductions help cast/splint and educate patients on injury prevention. Other duties include assessing treating and providing rehabilitation for musculoskeletal injuries assisting patients with durable medical equipment and brace fitting administering gait training and other therapeutic exercise and guiding patients through physical exams and postoperative procedures. This position may include providing minimal sideline coverage for local sports teams if needed.
Schedule:
- Full Time 80 hours every two weeks
- MondayFriday 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and may require some afterhours sideline coverage for local sports teams and clubs.
Pay and Benefits:
- Starting salary $49524.80 annually; exact wage determined by years of related experience.
- Salary range $47253.49 to $70912.30 annually
- Salary and salary range based on a 1.0 full time equivalent (FTE). A reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate.

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in athletic training or related field required; (masters degree preferred).
- Certified Athletic Trainer.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy
