The Geo Expansion Teamprovides an exciting opportunity help influence and execute the product launch strategy for our global markets. As SharkNinja continues to expand rapidly across the globe this team will play a pivotal role in enabling our international growth.
The Manager Geo Expansion LATAMwill play an integral role in managing the of our product strategy in the LATAM markets. The Manager Geo Expansion will drive project management for on time products to the markets coordinate closely with cross functional team members on key deliverables and own the interface to the regional teams and LATAM Distributors. The right individual will have a collaborative working style with an enthusiasm for making connections with crossfunctional coworkers creative problem solving a strong sense of ownership and desire to work with international markets. The Manager Geo Expansion will report directly to theDirector of Geo Expansion Strategy in the Needham MA headquarters.
The main function of this team will be to ensure that all LATAM new Product Development projects are being coordinated and executed timely and properly. More specifically this teams work will include:
- Ownership of Shark and Ninja product roadmaps for respective LATAM countries/Distributors
- Project Management ofLATAM new product developmentincluding crossfunctional collaboration with PMO PD Engineering Compliance Legal and Marketing on key deliverables
- Serve asSharkNinja internal expert for respective LATAM markets and own interface between HQ and regional teams
Responsibilities:
- Own product roadmap development and delivery for respective LATAM markets; drive decision making to deliver against appropriate NPD timelines
- Liaise withLATAM affiliates and internal Product Development Program Management Brand Marketing Compliance and Creative departments to ensure timely of product launches
- Ownregular Product Education meetings for LATAM org liaising with Product teams to present roadmaps and provide insight to LATAM org supporting product sellin
- For select projects will need todevelop and present product overview market justification in Product Exec Reviews
- Artwork development support Own artwork list translation requirements and User Interface definitionsserve as expert on respective markets and implement strategy by region
- Work closely with regional Consumer Insights/ regional marketing teams on product roadmap validation
- For each new project ensuretimely delivery of local requirements including specifications sellin materials marketing and consumer services assets parts/accessories and recipes
- Work with local legal teams on IP clearanceand claims support
- Become an expert in therelevant LATAM markets understand price positioning competitive landscape and market needs; work closely with regional product teams to translate these insights into actions and track against progress and validation
- Assist in process establishment/documentation within newly developed organization within SharkNinja

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelors degree (preferably in marketing or communications) or equivalent experience
- 5 years prior Product Program Management or Marketing experience
- Consumerpackaged goods International Business experience preferred
- Travel possible 12 trips/year)
- Availability for early morning and evening meetings weekly
