Job Description
- The competency will have solid knowledge or usage experience of ebeam inspection tool able to perform feasibility study on tools.
- TechDoc EPS/TPS/TAR deliverables as per ARS requirements for Inspection performance and algorithm improvement
Requirements

- Must be able to read and interpret data information and documents.
- Ability to complete assignments with attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
