Job Description
The Key Donor Officer will be primarily responsible for establishing the new program and monitoring its progress and expansion in line with the overall strategy of the division.The concerned person will work towards acquiring and expanding the midmajor donor base for the organization and also for the positioning of WWFIndia in this segment.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Lead Acquisition
2. Lead Conversion
Convert potential leads into active donors through consistent efforts coordination and planning.
3. Donor Relationship Management
Manage external communication & build relationships with donors via different channels
Maintain the quality of communication with donors through regular monitoring & training.
Develop outreach plans that demonstrate appreciation recognition & engagement of donors.
Collaborate with relevant internal teams on creative design messaging & data segmentation for midlevel prospect communication.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales/Marketing /NGO /Fundraising/Journalism /Banking /Relationship Management.
- Good working knowledge of MS Word PowerPoint & MS Excel.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and experience writing and designing donor communications.
- High target orientation and ability to deliver in a highperformance and highpressure environment.
