Job Description

Beauty Barrage is a fullservice strategic sales management team with Brand Ambassadors servicing doors across North America. Beauty Barrage works with some of the hottest brands in beauty today and provides in store support in retailers like Sephora ULTA Bluemercury and more! We have over 200 beauty professionals servicing over 3000 doors in the U.S. and Canada. We were also named to the Inc. 5000 list of fastestgrowing companies.

The objective of the Brand Coordinator (BC) position is to strategically support Beauty Barrages client brands in various retailers. The BC will be responsible for achieving sales targets in an assigned market cultivating relationships and driving brand awareness.

As a Brand Coordinator you will report to the Field Sales Manager. Our Brand Coordinators are expected to be resultsoriented innovative problem solvers take initiative and have a passion for the beauty industry.

Responsibilities:

    • Achieve sales goals for assigned brands.
    • Represent brands within an assigned territory to drive sales and brand awareness.
    • Establish and develop strong relationships at the store level with BAs Store Leadership and territory DMs.
    • Educate and train store staff on brand knowledge and product demonstration.
    • Execute interactive product demonstrations.
    • Ensure product merchandising meets company standards.
    • Provide critical feedback through survey responses.

Qualifications:

    • Must have beauty retail experience.
    • Minimum 3 years experience in similar role is required.
    • Passionate about the beauty industry and knowledgeable of instore retail environment required.
    • Strong written and communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence externally and internally.
    • Must be able to motivate others and work as part of a team.
    • Must be available weekends and must be flexible to meet job objectives.
    • Beauty savvy and able to represent the company image that is both polished and professional.
    • Must own a vehicle and be able to travel within territory.
    • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

$30 $33 an hour
Note that this range is representative of earning potential and actual pay will be based on skills experience and/or geographic location.
