Our opportunity:
The Engagement Manager is pivotal in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients stakeholders and internal teams to ensure project success client satisfaction and longterm partnership growth. This individual will be a strategic advisor managing multiple projects and fostering collaboration to meet organizational objectives. You will make an impact by being responsible for:
- Build and maintain strong trusted relationships with clients to understand their goals and needs and serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and escalations.
- Proactively identify opportunities for client growth and engagement and oversee and manage the lifecycle of client projects ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope and budget.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align deliverables with client expectations develop detailed project plans and monitor progress adjusting as necessary to meet objectives.
- Work closely with clients to develop tailored strategies that address their needs and objectives.
- Analyze and report on engagement performance metrics providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing sales and product development to deliver cohesive service.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand agentic process automation services or upsell within existing client accounts.
- Assist in preparing proposals presentations and negotiations to secure new business opportunities.
You will be a great fit if you have:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Communications or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in client engagement project management or a related role using Automation Anywhere or UiPath.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum) and practical knowledge of scaled Agile framework (e.g. SAFe).
You excel in these key competencies:
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects and client accounts successfully.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and provide strategic insights.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Agentic Process Automation is a plus.
- Clientfocused mindset with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
- Resultsdriven with a proactive approach to problemsolving.
- Teamoriented and able to collaborate across diverse groups.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fastpaced environment.
Thesalary rangeor ontarget earnings (base salary ontarget incentives)for this position in California New York and Washington is$185000 to $200000 a year and outside of those locations it is$175000 to $190000 a year. Thesalaryultimately offered is determined through a review of education industry experience training knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors. This position is also eligible forequity and a full range of medical and other benefits.
