Job Description
Position Summary: Responsible for maintaining contact with both internal and external customers. Provide customer with requested information. Act as a liaison between the customer and internal personnel. Ensure that special requirements are executed as requested.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Management of BOM (Bill of Material) product life cycle pricing procurement and product status
- Prepare and maintain status reports and modify schedules or plans required
- Prepare project reports for management clients or others
- Assist Account Manager in providing technical advice and to resolve problems
- Oversee customer account to ensure service level agreements are met
- Correspond with customer to ensure customer requirements are met
- Create and maintain reports as required by customer
- Work closely with Operations to ensure program requirements are met on a daily basis
- Prepare for and participate in quarterly business reviews with customer
- Assist with customer setup
- Monitor processes related to customer specific requirements
- Follow up to ensure that SLA of all projects is met
- Provide customer support
- Maintain client confidentiality
- Provide backup for Account Manager as well as other team members as needed
- Maintain a team concept safe working environment
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Customer Service experience and SAP knowledge a preferred
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office including intermediate level in Excel
- Project management experience a plus
- Strong organizational skills
- Solid analytical ability
- Strong verbal and written communication sills
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Effective management of time and multitasking
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Must display initiative and flexibility to work in a fastpaced changing environment
- Ability to work overtime as required
- Travel minimal
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to sit and talk and listen. The employee is occasionally required to stand walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
