Health Solutions is a premier wellness center focused on whole person care. With over 400 employees in Southern Colorado you would be joining a mighty team of support and administrative staff clinicians physicians nurses and others in our efforts to improve the health and wellbeing of our community.
Were expanding and hiring a fulltime Primary Care Physician to work at various locations.
What Youll Be Doing
As a provider the full scope of primary care services which fall under primary care of adult and pediatric populations including but not limited to diagnosis treatment coordination of care preventive care and health maintenance for this population. In addition a Primary Care Physician is a member of the Health Solutions Medical Services Team. In that capacity they are expected to be familiar with the philosophy goals and objectives of the Medical Center and work collaboratively to achieve them. They must be cognizant of and comply with all Center policies and procedures as well as pertinent state and federal regulations.

- Competitive pay. $240000 annual salary;and a sign on bonus of $10000 for onsite $5000 upon completion of orientation and $5000 after one year of successful completion of employment). (The bonus is not available to candidates who are hired through a recruiting agency however.

Qualifications
What Were Looking ForThe MustHaves
- Applicant must be licensed to practice medicine in the State of Colorado as a Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine.
- Board eligible in Family Medicine Internal Medicine or Addiction Medicine preferred.
- Current D.E.A. Certificate Suboxone DEA
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate (CPR) ACLS or Advanced Life Support within 312 months of employment if appropriate.
- Must be insurable under companyprovided malpractice coverage.
- Computer proficiency

- Experience in managed care environments
