Corporate Finance:
The Deals Corporate Finance team provides advisory services for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) divestitures and capital raising. We assist clients in buying or selling businesses raising capital and driving funding efficiencies. Our services include deal origination valuation due diligence coordination and negotiation support. The team leverages PwCs global network to provide clients with access to potential buyers or investors and offers strategic advice throughout the transaction lifecycle.

FS Corporate Finance:
The Deals FS (Financial Services) Corporate Finance team focuses on M&A and transaction advisory services specifically for the financial services sector. We help clients navigate complex transactions including acquisitions mergers and divestitures within the banking insurance and fintech industries. The team provides strategic advice valuation due diligence coordination and deal structuring to ensure successful transactions that align with clients strategic objectives.

Transaction Services:
The Deals Transaction Services team offers comprehensive support throughout the transaction lifecycle. Our services include financial / business due diligence services advising clients in their negotiations on the financial aspects of share purchase agreements reviewing completion accounts to safeguard value and conducting special purpose assignments e.g. deal analytics and data driven insights vendor assistance etc.. We help clients assess the financial health and potential risks or opportunities of target companies ensuring informed decisionmaking.

Business Restructuring Services (BRS):
The Deals BRS team specializes in helping businesses facing financial and operational challenges. We provide restructuring and recovery services to improve liquidity manage working capital and optimize business operations. Our services include financial restructuring operational turnaround debt advisory and insolvency support. The team works closely with clients to develop and implement strategies that stabilize and revitalize their businesses ensuring longterm success.

Fraud and Forensics:
The Deals Fraud and Forensics team offers services designed to help organizations manage risks related to fraud disputes and other financial crimes and emerge stronger out of every event. Our offerings include conducting thorough fraud investigations enhanced by eDiscovery and advanced data analytics to identify fraudulent activities and efficiently collect digital evidence. Additionally we specialize in dispute resolution encompassing commercial and M&A disputes as well as litigation support. This includes calculating damages to strengthen or counter legal claims and providing expert testimony in legal proceedings.

• Excellent academic records from a Greek or foreign university Bachelors relevant to any of the following areas: Finance Economics Accounting Mathematics Engineering Management Science & Technology Business Administration or relevant discipline.

• Masters degree relevant to any of the following areas: Finance Economics Accounting Mathematics Engineering Management Science & Technology Business Administration or relevant discipline is highly regarded.

• 01 year of relevant working experience.

• Progress towards or completion of relevant professional qualifications (e.g. ACCA ACA CFA) is highly regarded.

• Understanding of accounting and reporting standards (such as IFRS Greek GAAP) and awareness of related financial statement risks.

• Proficient in MS Office applications with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Knowledge of Power tools (Pivot Query BI) Alteryx or other programming language is highly regarded.

• Proficient communication skills in Greek and English both verbal and written.

• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills with a teamoriented approach.
