Job Description

We are looking for an Accounts Officer to support our financial operations and help drive efficiency across our pharmacy group. If you have a passion for numbers strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills wed love to hear from you!

What Youll Do

  • Manage accounts payable/receivable with accuracy (current system MYOB).
  • Reconcile sales at store to cash/tenders received in bank
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations including GST and BAS
  • Support financial operations across a multisite fastpaced retail environment.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies to improve finance processes.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

What Youll Bring

  • Experience in finance officer role or bookkeeping (pharmacy retail or hospitality industry experience is a bonus).
  • Strong reconciliation skills and attention to detail.
  • A strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to learn and adapt to new financial software systems.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership over tasks.
