Business Development Manager Seals and Gaskets MRO

Houston TX

Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of highquality seals gaskets and related products serving industries such as oil & gas refineries petrochemical plants and maintenance repair and operations (MRO). With a reputation for precision engineering and customerfocused solutions we are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join the team and drive growth in these sectors.

What you will do:

Client Acquisition & Sales Growth: Identify and engage with key decisionmakers in refineries and MRO sectors to expand the customer base.

Market Development: Research market trends identify opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new markets within the sealing and gasket industry.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients acting as a trusted advisor to address their needs with tailored solutions.

Sales Strategy : Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement effective sales strategies that align with business objectives.

Product Expertise: Leverage indepth knowledge of seals and gaskets to provide technical advice and solutions to clients.

Reporting & Analysis: Monitor sales performance prepare reports and forecast revenue growth opportunities.

What you will have:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role within the seals and gaskets.
  • Demonstrated success in selling to refineries and MRO decisionmakers.
  • Strong understanding of sealing products applications in demanding industries such as oil & gas or petrochemicals.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and MS Office tools.
