Position: Press Shop Incharge
Education : DME / BE Mech / Prod
Experience: DME 8 to 10 Yrs & BE 5 to 6 Yrs.
Budget: 5.50 LPA
Candidate Profile :
- Graduate in Engineering from a premier institute.
- Experience in relevant field / Our sized group.
- Exposure in Heavy Duty Press Shop Production.
- Having Handson Experience with all kinds of press machines Dies Die Set Up Production Planning.
- Exposure of Press Shop Automation Robotics in Press Shop Pick and Place etc.
- Exposure for TS TPM 5S Kaizen SAP etc.
Responsibility:
- Manage all operational activities of the Press Shop to include: Plant capacity utilization production level quality objective meeting plantrelated customer coordination.
- Overall management of Press Shop 100 Ton 600 Ton presses).
- Production planning and scheduling.
- Ensure requirement of personnel Planning and deployment of manpower.
- Overall implementation of TPM & TS activities on a regular basis.
- Initiate and implement improvement projects
- Control of Customerowned tooling.
- Plan and implementation of PM schedules.
- Ensure product quality and process performance.
- Initiate implement and monitor NCs CA / PA.
- Review CA/ PA for breakdowns etc.
- Upkeep of housekeeping and safety practices.
- Onjob training of assistants / Operators.
