Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Superintendent with expertise in concrete and structural steel construction to join our team. As a Superintendent you will be responsible for overseeing the daytoday operations of our construction projects ensuring that they are completed safely efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects including scheduling budgeting and resource management.
Ensure that all work is performed safely in compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Coordinate with project stakeholders including architects engineers and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Monitor project progress and take corrective action when necessary to ensure that projects stay on track.
Manage all aspects of concrete and structural steel construction including forming placing and finishing concrete as well as erecting structural steel.
Ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards and that all project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
Maintain accurate project documentation including daily reports schedules and budgets.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
7 years of experience in construction management with a focus on concrete and structural steel construction.
Strong knowledge of construction industry standards practices and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think creatively to identify solutions.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
Bachelors degree in construction management engineering or related field preferred.
