HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENT
Torontobased team members work inoffice every other week (TuesThurs). Core attendance is required from 9 AM 3 PM on these days to support business priorities.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Collaborating with the Sales Manager to develop a highimpact sales strategy
- Building and managing a targeted prospect list
- Generating new business via email phone calls networking and inperson meetings
- Establishing and developing relationships with corporate and commercial clients across North America
- Supporting National Account Managers in transitioning new client accounts
- Tracking and managing all sales activities in CRM
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Proven experience in Business Development (B2B environment)
- Ability to travel across North America (up to 50
- Highlevel strategic selling skills in multilayered B2B environments
- Strong prospecting experience via coldcalling & inperson meetings
- A track record of exceeding sales targets
- A growth mindsetalways striving for personal & professional development
- Strong communication & presentation skills
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Salary: $67000 to $75000 Bonus (based on experience education & internal parity)
