Who Were Looking For
As a Senior Sales Enablement Manager at Clutch you will play a critical role in building and evolving our enablement program. You will focus on developing scalable practices that make our sales account management and customer success teams more effective ensuring they have the tools training and resources needed to succeed. Your focus will be on driving the adoption of best practices and maximizing the impact of our sales enablement tools across New Business Customer Success and Account Management teams.
Youll be responsible for coaching reps and managers improving processes designing enablement strategies and helping shape the overall enablement function to drive revenue growth and enhance customer experiences. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about sales effectiveness coaching and continuous improvement. You thrive in fastpaced environments are highly analytical and have a deep understanding of sales methodologies and enablement technologies.

Salary at Clutch is determined based on factors such as relevant qualifications experience and market. For this position we expect an annual base salary range between $110000 $130000.
