About the role
Hiring a new grad fullstack engineer to join our team and focus on shipping products. We are only looking for folks graduating December 2024!
Things youll be working on
Architecting and implementing fullstack product features in Typescript/React/Node is the core of what youll be doing. Real examples include
Build our AI tools for our endcustomers to generate new Replo content.
Build our analytics and experimentation products endtoend.
Build our payments/billing infrastructure to manage different customer usecases.
Own our multiplayer editor endtoend deep dive into CRDT Reactperformance.
Own our user onboarding flow from endtoend.
Looking for someone who
Can be hybrid in San Francisco.
Is very proficient in Typescript/React/Node.
Can leverage GPT/Claude/Cursor to accelerate their work.
Has built products 0 > 1 with real users and revenue.
Is OK with not having product and design support all the time.
Is ALWAYS SHIPPING. We dont spend weeks planning features at Replo.
Has a product and customerfocused mindset.
Has experience being burned by deployment and maintenance issues. If you have a a strong opinion on how products should be built thats good.
Values writing clean maintainable software including documentation (e.g. the code needs to be correct and run fast but were the ones that have to read it and understand it).
Is comfortable with ambiguity and defining software architecture patterns to solve customer pain points.
Bonus points if you
Have a Computer Science degree or formal computer science/STEM backend
Have started a company before
Enjoy attending hackathons
Worked at an earlystage (Series A or earlier) startup previously
Have not wasted hours interviewprepping on Leetcode
Have an eye for visual design (or past experience in product design Figma etc).
The salary range offered depends on a variety of factors including jobrelated knowledge skills experience and market location. In addition to the salary a performance bonus and longterm incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package as well as a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits dependent on the position offered.
