Job Description:
We seek a highly strategic and experienced Head of Hotel Development to join the dynamic team. This role involves leading the endtoend hotel development and expansion process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Conducting indepth geographical market research to identify potential opportunities.
Sourcing and identifying potential partnerships and locations for new hotel projects.
Performing comprehensive feasibility studies to ensure the success of hotel projects.
Collaborating with the CEO to align and execute development strategies and resources.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in hotel development and expansion.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and partnershipbuilding abilities
Ability to conduct thorough market research and feasibility studies.
Leadership experience and the ability to work closely with executive leadership.
