Job Description
Overview
The PatientService Representative is a highlevel customer service position that is one of the first lines of communication within the department. The Patient Service Representative is responsible to ensure that each customer patient and coworker is treated in a professional and friendly manner. The main responsibility is to answer phone call and response to requests of those calls. This individual may be assigned other projects as needed and be expected to complete the project within a certain timeframe.

Qualifications
EDUCATION EXPERIENCE TRAINING
1. High School diploma or equivalent required.
2. Minimum of one year experience in customer service.
3. Six 6 months experience in a health care setting and office equipment preferred.
4. Current BLS certificate.
