As an Analytics Manager within CX Alpha you will play a critical role in leading a team of analysts responsible for delivering a portfolio of strategic projects that involve gathering data experimentation deep analysis using descriptive and predictive analytics techniques visualizing data to deliver actionable insights influencing business leaders using consultative skills and analytic storytelling. You will interact with a series of stakeholders within our Product Technology Finance UX Analytics and across the Personal Investor business to transform analytics insights into recommendations for new solutions that improve client investment outcomes for our investors.
